Salt and Vinegar Perch |

You will need:
1 Bag of Lays Salt and Vinegar Chips, 3 Eggs, 1lb Butter, milk, and 24 Perch Fillets
-clean and prep your perch Fillets with your favorite Fillet Knife.
-Preheat a non-stick frying pan to medium heat and melt a good amount of butter.
-Make an egg wash in a steel mixing bowl.
-Crush Salt and Vinegar Chips and place into a large freezer bag.
-Wash your perch with the egg wash, then shake the fillets in crushed chips.
-Fry Fillets in pan until brown on each side.
You can use BBQ or Dill pickle chips if you like, as always have your favorite cold beer ready!
